一起雷击故障引起保护动作行为的分析Analysis on Protection Action Caused by One Lightning Strike Fault

摘要(Abstract):
一条220 kV线路因雷击引起单相接地故障,故障切除后由于断路器重燃导致失灵保护动作造成220 kV母线失压。根据故障过程中的继电保护动作情况、保护动作报告和故障录波,分析了故障时母线上所连接线路对侧纵联保护动作行为不一致的现象,指出在持续时间较长的复杂故障中,纵联保护进入功率导向逻辑后,由于保护配置的不同、断路器灭弧时间的先后不同,保护会产生完全不同的动作行为。
Lightening strike caused a single-phase earth fault of one 220 kV power line. After the fault was handled, the restrike of breaker led to failure protection and then voltage loss of 220 kV bus. According to the relay protection action, protection action report and fault recording, this paper analyzes the inconsistent protection actions of power lines connected to the bus when the fault happened. It is pointed out that when pilot protection enters power direction logic in a long-last complex fault, the protection can produce absolutely different actions due to different protection configurations and arc suppression time of breaker.
