220kV变电站操作天桥加固补强技术的应用与实践

摘要(Abstract):

半高型布置变电站中的操作天桥由于风化腐蚀等原因,其使用可靠性不断下降,危及电网及设备运行的安全性,这是电力系统普遍且亟需解决的问题。采取贴碳纤维布、涂刷混凝土保护剂、植入高强度化学锚栓等建筑工程中常用的加固维护方式,并结合变电站中操作天桥的特殊性制定了加固施工方案,在温州电网首次对220kV变电站110kV操作天桥进行加固大修,提高了天桥整体稳定性和抗腐蚀性能,实践证明操作天桥加固补强技术具有良好的实用性、安全性和可操作性。
Due to weathering and other reasons, the reliability of operation overpass in half-arrangement substation is declining, endangering the safety of the power grid and equipment operation, which is general in power system and needs to be solved. Carbon fiber sheets, concrete protective agent, high-strength chemical anchors implantation and other reinforcement techniques commonly used in construction projects are adopted.Besides, in accordance with the particularity of operation overpass in substation, the reinforcement construction scheme is framed. The construction scheme is firstly applied in reinforcing overhaul of 110kV operation overpass of 220kV substation of Wenzhou power grid, having improved the overall stability and erosion resistance performance of overpass. It is practically proved that the overpass reinforcement technique is of high practicality, safety and operability.
