调相机接入换流站的二次系统设计关键技术探讨

摘要(Abstract):

随着高压直流输电技术的发展和直流输电工程的陆续投运,大容量调相机逐步应用于换流站内。由于调相机接入换流站的并网方式多样及调相机自身运行特点,其在接入系统的继电保护配置、电流互感器参数选择、监控系统方案及接口设计等方面较为特殊。结合以往的工程经验及换流站建设调相机的工程实际,对调相机接入换流站的二次系统设计关键问题进行了分析,提出了二次系统设计的总体原则、不同接线方式下系统继电保护配置及典型设计方案,讨论了换流站与调相机监控系统合建方案和需要重点关注的接口问题,为今后调相机工程设计提供了一定的技术参考。
With the development of technology and the continuous operation of direct current transmission projects, condensers with large-capacity are gradually used in converter stations. Due to the variety of grid connection modes of the condenser connected to the converter station and the operation characteristics of the condenser, it is special in the system relay protection configuration, the parameter selection of current transformer, the monitoring system scheme and the interface design. Based on the previous engineering experience and the engineering practice of the converter station construction, this paper analyzes the key problems of secondary system design for the condenser connected to the converter station. This paper puts forward the general principles of the design of secondary system, the system relay protection configuration and typical design schemes under different main wiring modes,and the coconstruction scheme of the monitoring and control system, as well as the interface problems that need to be focused on, which provides technical references for the engineering design of the condenser project in the future.
