基于层次分析法及灰色聚类决策模型的主动配电网经济活动外部性评价

摘要(Abstract):

近年来随着大批主动配电网项目在各地开展,客观准确地进行项目的经济活动外部性评价能够有效确保主动配电网项目科学高效、可持续发展,同时也成为了项目中不可或缺的一步。首先构造了主动配电网经济活动外部性评价系统,接着建立了基于层次分析法及灰色聚类决策模型,最后针对某主动配电网项目进行经济活动外部性全面性评价。为日后开展此类评价工作提供了参考。
With a large number of active distribution network projects being carried out in various places, the objective and accurate evaluation of the externality of economic activities of the project can ensure the scientific, efficient and sustainable development of active distribution network project, and it is an indispensable step in the project. Firstly, an externality evaluation system of active distribution network economic activities is established, and then a decision-making model based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and grey clustering is built. Finally, the externality evaluation of economic activities of an active distribution network project is conducted to provide reference to evaluations in the future.
