复杂工况下发电厂钢煤斗不锈钢内衬的设计分析
Analysis on Design of Stainless Steel Lining for Steel Coal Bucket in Complicated Operating Conditions

摘要(Abstract):

燃煤发电厂中作为储煤结构的钢煤斗,在运行温度高、堆煤高度高的工况下,沿用常规采用的煤斗内衬设计方式可能存在安全隐患,在温度作用下煤斗内衬产生起拱现象。结合规范公式和数值模型分析了内衬起拱时,塞焊点承受的贮料切向力、起拱积煤重力和温度的共同作用,并结合某工程案例进行了计算。在此基础上,提出了增大塞焊缝尺寸、在各层不锈钢板搭接处施加角焊缝,以防止因施工缺陷导致温度荷载增加的优化设计方案。采用此方案处理后,机组经过6个月同等工况运行后,内衬完好,未再脱落,表明该设计方案合理有效。
There is potential safety hazard in steel coal bucket with stainless steel lining for coal storage in coal-fired power plants in operation condition of high temperature and coal piles. The coal bucket lining bulges under the effect of temperature. The effect of shear force of coal, cumulative coal weight and the temperature on plug weld of lining is analyzed via code formula and numerical model; besides, it is calculated based on a project case. Furthermore, the paper proposes an optimal design plan of enlarging plug weld size and using fillet welds at which stainless steel plates are connected to avoid the temperature load increase induced by construction defect. After treated with the plan, the lining remains unbroken and does not fall off any more with the unit runs for six months under the same operating condition, which demonstrates the reasonability and effectiveness of the design plan.
