提高磨煤机出口温度的安全性探讨及防爆措施Safety Discussion and Anti-explosion Measures for Coal Mill with Outlet Temperature Rise

摘要(Abstract):
某发电厂长期提高磨煤机出口温度运行,大幅降低了锅炉排烟温度,经济效益显著。但随之而来的磨煤机爆燃问题威胁了机组安全稳定运行。结合国内相关研究成果和该电厂的实际应用情况,对提高HP1003中速磨出口温度的安全性进行探讨,并提出了防爆治理措施,对同类型磨煤机提高出口温度运行具有指导意义。
The coal mill in a power plant runs long with its outlet temperature raised, which greatly reduces the exhaust temperature of boilers and obtains significant economic benefit. However, the consequent deflagration brings threats to operation safety and stability of the units. On the basis of domestic research achievement and its application in the power plant, the paper discusses the safety of outlet temperature rise of HP1003 medium speed mill; besides, it presents some anti-explosion measures, providing reference for the identical coal mills operating with outlet temperature raised.
