全国燃气轮机联合循环机组热控系统典型故障分析及预控措施建议

摘要(Abstract):

对中国自动化学会发电自动化专业委员会收集的近几年全国燃气轮机联合循环机组近百起因热控系统故障引起机组跳闸的典型案例进行统计分析。指出相关故障原因涉及控制系统软硬件、就地设备、电源、干扰、检修维护及运行操作等多个方面。接着探讨并提出了相应预控措施,以期能够提升热控系统可靠性水平,消除热控系统潜在隐患,从而提高燃气轮机联合循环机组的运行可靠性,避免机组因热控系统而引起跳闸事件的发生。
Nearly 100 typical cases of the unit trip caused by thermal control system faults of national gas turbine combined cycle units in recent years collected by the Power Automation Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation are counted and analyzed. The fundamental reasons cover software and hardware of the control system, local equipment, power supply, interference, maintenance and operation,etc. Through the analysis of these typical cases, the corresponding pre-control measures are discussed and proposed to improve the reliability level of the thermal control system and eliminate the potential hazards therein and thereby to improve the operation reliability of the gas turbine combined cycle unit and prevent tripping events caused by the thermal control system.
