石墨烯电压稳定剂对聚乙烯共混物介电性能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

研究了石墨烯作为电压稳定剂对聚乙烯共混物介电性能的影响。石墨烯/聚乙烯共混物通过溶液法进行制备,其物化性能采用热重分析、差示扫描量热法进行表征分析,其介电性能主要利用基于三电极的直流电导率测试系统以及介电谱测量系统进行实验研究。实验结果表明:聚乙烯共混物添加石墨烯后在热稳定性增强的同时,其结晶性能也有所提升;石墨烯/聚乙烯共混物的直流电导率随温度的升高而增大,石墨烯使低/高密度聚乙烯共混物的导电性明显降低,石墨烯/聚乙烯共混物的介质损耗与石墨烯分散均匀程度密切相关。
This paper presents investigations on the effect of graphene on dielectric properties of polyethene blends. The graphene/polyethene blends are prepared by solution method, and their physical and chemical properties are characterized by TGA and DSC, and the electrical properties of graphene/polyethene blends are measured by the DC conductivity test system based on three electrodes and dielectric spectrum measurement system respectively. The experimental results show that the blends with graphene can improve thermal stability and crystallization properties; DC conductivity of graphene/polyethene blends increases with the temperature rise. Graphene reduces the electrical conductivity of LDPE/HDPE significantly. The dielectric loss of graphene/polyethene blends is closely related to the uniformity of graphene dispersion.
