摘要(Abstract):

通过10 kV馈线分段开关的优化配置,能够有效减少停电范围和提高供电可靠性。基于当前中压配电网的典型接线模式,提出了分段开关优化配置的成本模型和效益模型,重点研究了单辐射线路在不同负荷分布条件下的开关优化问题。计算分析表明,计及可靠性成本与效益的优化方法能较好实现最优分段开关数量和位置规划,提出的实用化参照结果对中压配电网规划建设有一定指导作用。
The optimal configuration of 10 kV feeder section switches can reduce the outage scope and effectively improve the power supply reliability indicators. Based on the typical connection modes of current medium-voltage distribution networks, this paper proposes the cost model and benefit model for optimal configuration of section switches; it mainly investigates the switch optimization of single radiation lines in different load distribution conditions. Computational analysis shows that the optimization method considering the reliability costs and benefits can achieve the optimal number and location planning of section switches. The proposed practical reference results to some extent can direct the planning and construction of medium-voltage distribution networks.
