配电网全过程网格化管理实践Practice on Whole Process Grid Management of Distribution Network

摘要(Abstract):
通过在配电网管理中引入网格化管理理念,将衢州配电网合理划分为12个片区、167个网格。采用人工和自动统计的手段,将PMS、营销系统等基础数据一一对应到片区和网格,建立起完备的片区、网格台帐。通过汇集PMS、SCADA、在线监测系统、公变终端、用电信息采集系统、智能总保系统等数据,对各网格装备指标、运行指标进行具体分析。对每个网格网架结构进行合理化梳理,直观刻画了各网格的现状和改造需求,并以网格为单位提出了改造项目建议,为后续配电网精益化管理提供了有益的决策依据。
By introduction of grid management of distribution networks, Quzhou distribution networks are divided into 12 areas and 167 grids. Through manual and automatic statistics, data of PMS, marketing system are mapped into the areas and grids to establish complete accounts. By collection of data of PMS, SCADA,online monitoring system, public transformer terminal, power consumption information acquisition system,intelligent overall security system, equipment index and operation index in each grid are analyzed. This paper reasonably sorts out the framework of every grid and intuitively describes status and transformation demand of the grids; besides, it presents the transformation project based on the grid as a unit to provide beneficial decision-making basis for lean management of distribution networks.
