新型激光除异物技术在特高压输电线路的应用Application of New Laser Removal Technology of Foreign Bodies in UHV Transmission Lines

摘要(Abstract):
结合输电线路运行实际情况,介绍了输电线路外破和异物清除技术现状。针对嘉湖特高压重要输电廊道的运维难点,设计研发了新型激光除异物装置,并详细阐述了该装置的特点。研究成果在嘉湖特高压输电廊道试点应用,首次成功消除了1 000 kV特高压线路异物。结果表明:该装置可以实现远程、非接触式带电作业,能够安全、高效、快速消除悬挂在输电线路上的异物,确保了电网的安全运行。
This paper introduces the current situation of external transmission line destroy and removal of foreign bodies on the basis of actual operation of transmission lines. According to the difficulties in the operation and maintenance of the Jiaxing-Huzhou UHV transmission corridor, a new laser removal device of foreign bodies was designed and developed, and the characteristics of the device were described. The result of the research was applied in Jiaxing-Huzhou UHV transmission corridor. The device for the first time removed foreign bodies in the 1 000 kV UHV transmission lines, and the result shows that the device can remove foreign bodies safely, efficiently and quickly by remote and non-contact live work to ensure the safe operation of the power grid.
