LNG冷能利用对联合循环机组性能的影响分析

摘要(Abstract):

对联合循环机组利用LNG冷能的方式进行了分析和探讨,以某F级一拖一联合循环机组为例,重点分析了利用LNG冷能冷却燃机进气对联合循环性能的影响,研究表明利用LNG冷能冷却燃机进气能够大幅提高联合循环夏季出力,且环境相对湿度越低效果越明显。同时分析了热力系统设计温度对于冷能利用的效果的影响,给出了配置冷能利用的机组设计温度的优化建议。
The paper investigates and analyses various LNG cold energy utilization schemes for combined cycle unit. Taking a class-F one-on-one combined cycle unit as an example, the paper analyzes the influence of using LNG cold energy for cooling gas turbine inlet air on combined cycle unit performance. The analysis shows that using LNG cold energy for cooling gas turbine inlet air can significantly increase the power output of the combined cycle unit in summer, and the effect becomes more significant when the relative humidity decreases. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the influence of design temperature of the thermal system on cold energy utilization and gives optimization suggestion on the design temperature when adopting cold energy utilization.
