就地智能式配电自动化的故障区域判定
Differentiating the Fault Zone by Distribution Automation Technology Based on Local Intelligent Mode

摘要(Abstract):

就地智能模式的配电自动化技术能够自动隔离故障 ,但不能自动报告故障区域。通过分析线路故障区域隔离时有关开关动作的时序 ,提出在SCADA系统中由变电所内线路开关跳合时间特征来实现故障区域自动判定的方法。
Distribution automation technology based on local intelligent mode can partition off feeder faults but cannot inform the faults zone automatically.By analysing the time of feeder breaker operation on faults,it is showed that the programming method of differentiating feeder fault zone in SCADA system can be achieved acˉcording to the features of feeder breaker on&off.
