西门子T3000系统的优化改造Optimization of Siemens T3000 System

摘要(Abstract):
西门子T3000系统是一个全集成、结构完整、功能完善、面向整个电站生产过程的控制系统,在火力发电厂DCS和DEH系统中占有重要份额。该系统应用在DCS和DEH系统中均采用经典硬件架构以及较为固定的硬件产品,但是在火电企业实际应用当中,该系统结构和硬件产品均暴露出不同程度的问题,其中服务器、GPS时钟、电源系统方面问题尤为突出。结合T3000系统长期维护经验以及用户需求,总结了西门子T3000系统在实际应用中的相关结构优化和故障设备改造方法,为T3000用户改造提出了建议,提高了T3000系统的可靠性。
Siemens T3000 system is a fully integrated control system, which owns complete structure and functions and caters to the whole production process of power plant. It plays a key role in DCS and DEH system in a thermal power plant. Applied in DCS and DEH, the system adopts classic hardware architecture and relatively fixed hardware products. In thermal power enterprises, however, various problems occur in the system structure and hardware products, such as server, GPS clock, power system in particular. Through longterm maintenance experience of T3000 system and requirements of users, this paper summarizes structural optimization of Siemens T3000 system in the practical application and fault equipment modification methods;in addition, it puts forward modification suggestion for users to improve the reliability of T3000 system.
