超超临界汽轮机转速测量回路优化与改造
Optimization and Transformation of Rotation Speed Measurement Loop in Ultra-supercritical Steam Turbine

摘要(Abstract):

上海汽轮机厂超超临界汽轮机转速测量回路存在一些问题和隐患,目前由于转速测量异常导致的机组不安全事件和非计划停运事件仍在不断增多。为此,总结了该类型汽轮机在转速信号采集、E16型卡件参数设置、霍尔探头选型安装、卡件故障在线更换等几个方面存在的问题,并提出了优化和改造措施,提高了汽轮机转速测量回路的可靠性。
There are some problems and hidden trouble in the rotation speed measurement loop of the supercritical steam turbine. Due to the abnormal rotation speed measurement, unsafe incidents and unplanned shutdown incidents are still increasing. The paper summarizes some existing problems in speed signal collection,E16 type card parameter setting, Hall probe selection and installation and online card fault online replacement and proposes optimization and transformation to improve the reliability of the rotation speed measurement loop of the steam turbine.
