柔性励磁系统输出过电压分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对柔性励磁系统中斩波变换器输出高频方波经电缆后在发电机励磁绕组上产生的输出过电压。首先,利用传输线理论,以所述高频电压方波在电缆上的传输反射过程为理论基础,分析过电压产生机理。然后,搭建电缆和发电机励磁绕组的等效参数模型,根据实际工程数据确定模型参数。最后,通过仿真分析输出过电压与电缆长度和电压波脉冲上升时间的关系,提出励磁系统连接电缆临界长度概念和基于阻抗匹配的过电压抑制方法。
The output overvoltage is produced by chopper converter on generator excitation winding after highfrequency square wave is output through cable in flexible excitation system. Based on the transmission line theory and the transmission and reflection process of the high-frequency voltage square wave on the cable, the overvoltage generation mechanism is analyzed. Equivalent parameter models of cable and generator excitation windings are built, and model parameters are determined according to actual engineering data. The relationship between output overvoltage and cable length and rise time of voltage pulse wave is analyzed by simulation. The concept of critical length of connecting cable in the excitation system and the method of overvoltage suppression based on impedance matching are proposed.
