基于有限元仿真的导汗型安全帽研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对工作过程中安全帽内汗水容易流入眼睛的问题,研制了一款导汗型安全帽。通过有限元对安全帽内热气流动进行分析,采用单向导湿吸汗速干复合织物吸汗带+导汗带的方式,对普通安全帽吸汗带进行了改造和替换,加入纳米抗菌材料实现抑菌效果,并利用自主研发的排汗模拟装置对其进行导汗测试,证明了导汗型安全帽具有良好的导汗效果,可有效提升作业舒适性,保障作业人员的人身安全。
The sweat in helmet is apt to flow into eyes in the work process, thus a sweat conductivity safety helmet is developed. Through analysis on hot air flow in safety helmet by finite element, sweat absorption belt of the ordinary helmet is transformed and replaced by directional water-transfer sweat drying composite fabric sweatband plus sweat conductivity belt; in addition, anti-bacterial nanomaterial is added to achieve the effect of antibacterial and sweat conductivity test is carried out by use of the independently developed sweating simulation device to prove the favorable sweat conductivity of the safety helmet. The sweat conductivity safety helmet can effectively improve the comfort of work and ensure the personal safety of operators.
