1030MW机组锅炉旋流燃烧器外置式火检信号丢失原因分析及对策

摘要(Abstract):

针对1 030 MW超超临界机组锅炉旋流燃烧器在配置外置式火检时存在火检信号丢失的问题,从锅炉燃烧特性、火检监测系统及火检与燃烧器匹配方面进行了深入分析,找出火检失去的原因,并在此基础上提出增加火检套管、防止燃烧器二次风箱内部扬灰以及优化磨煤机因火检失去而跳闸的逻辑等措施,结果表明采取以上整改措施后彻底解决了磨煤机因火检信号失去而发生跳闸的问题。
Aiming at signal loss of external fire detection for boiler swirling burner of 1 030 MW ultra-supercritical units, the paper conducts in-depth analysis on combustion characteristics, fire detection monitoring system and the matching between fire detection and burner to detect the reasons of fire detection loss; besides, it suggests equipping fire detection sleeve, preventing flying ash in secondary bellow of burner and optimizing tripping logic of coal pulverizer due to loss of fire detection. The result shows that tripping of coal pulverizer due to loss of fire detection is completely solved after the above corrective measures are taken.
