摘要(Abstract):

针对35 kV配电网保护定值的整定,提出一种基于集中式主站架构的自适应整定方案。首先将配电网模型以有权图的方式进行存储,利用改进型深度优先遍历算法对系统中所有的供电路径进行搜索;其次对供电路径中所有的保护配置进行确定;然后主站通过MMS(制造报文系统)网络与保护装置进行交互,利用输入的系统参数与固化参数,考虑上下级配合实现定值的自适应整定计算、校核及下装;最后以上海某地区35 kV配电网系统为例,验证了该自适应整定方案的有效性和实用性。
Based on the 35 kV distribution network protection setting adjustment, an adaptive setting scheme based on centralized master station architecture is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the distribution network model is stored in the form of a weighting figure, and all the power supply paths in the system are searched by the improved depth-first search(DFS) algorithm; secondly, all the protection configurations in the paths are confirmed; then the master station interacts with the protection devices through the MMS(manufacturing message specification) and achieves adaptive setting value calculation, check and downloading by using the input system parameters and fixed parameters and considering the coordination between the upper and lower levels. Finally, a typical 35 kV distribution network system in Shanghai is taken as an example to validate the effectiveness and practicability of the adaptive setting scheme.
