超超临界机组AGC性能不佳的原因分析与优化策略

摘要(Abstract):

从热工自动化专业角度分析浙江某发电厂AGC响应不佳的原因,总结了静态负荷点不匹配、汽机调阀无裕量、前馈不匹配等几点要因,并通过协调控制系统静态参数优化、动态参数优化和在前馈回路的压力偏差修正,提高了机组的AGC性能。
This paper analyzes the reasons of poor response of AGC of a power plant in Zhejiang in terms of thermal automation; in addition, it summarizes the causes such as the static unmatched static load point, turbine valve without margin, unmatched feedforward. Through the coordinated control over static parameters optimization, dynamic parameter optimization and the pressure deviation correction of feed-forward loop, the AGC performance of the unit is improved.
