电动汽车接入对配电网运行特性影响的综合评估方法

摘要(Abstract):

电动汽车的大规模接入给配电网的规划和运行带来新的挑战,准确评估电动汽车接入对配电网运行特性的影响,对配电网的规划运行具有重要意义。提出一种基于分段线性概率潮流和特征加权与熵权法配电网运行特性的综合评估方法,从电压合格指标、电压偏差指标和线路重载指标三个方面评估配电网的运行特性。其中,概率潮流用于全面准确地反映电动汽车充电负荷随机性对配电网运行特性的影响;特征加权法用于提高评估指标对运行问题的表征能力;熵权法则可以有效降低人为因素的影响。围绕华东某地区配电网实测数据开展仿真分析,结果表明该方法可以有效避免传统评估方法问题数据被“淹没”的问题,更加全面地反映电动汽车接入对配电网运行特性的影响。
The large-scale access of electric vehicles(EVs)brings new challenges to the operation and planning of distribution networks(DNs). Accurate assessment of the impact of EV access is of great significance to the planning and operation of DNs. This paper proposes a comprehensive method for operational characteristics evaluation based on piecewise linear probability power flow,feature weight and entropy weight method in three respects: voltage qualification index,voltage deviation index and line overload index. Probabilistic power flow is used to reflect the impact of EV charging load randomness on DNs operational characteristics comprehensively and accurately;the feature weight method is used to improve the performance of evaluation indicators to characterize operational problems;entropy weight method can effectively reduce the impact of human factors. Simulations are carried out based on actual data of practical DNs in east China. The results show that the proposed method can prevent the traditional evaluation method from being submerged,thus reflecting the impact of EV access on operational characteristics of DNs more comprehensively.
