摘要(Abstract):
针对分布式电源在电力系统中有较高渗透率的故障恢复,提出了一种新的双向恢复策略,能在输电和配电网络中最大范围恢复用户的供电。构造故障恢复问题的数学模型是多层次、多目标并带有约束,采用39节点电力系统为例进行了仿真验证,比较含有和不含有分布式电源对故障恢复的影响,证明了提出方法的有效性。
Aiming at high-penetration fault recovery of distributed generation in power system, the paper proposes a new bidirectional fault recovery to restore power supply to the greatest extent in transmission and distribution networks. The mathematical model built for fault recovery is multi-level, multi-objective and with restraint. The 39-node power system is taken as an example for simulation and verification. Effects on fault recovery in case of distributed generation and the opposite are compared and the effectiveness of the method proposed is proved.
