锅炉原煤仓变形故障诊断分析及处理Diagnosis and Treatment of Raw Coal Bunker Deformation Fault of Boiler

摘要(Abstract):
针对锅炉原煤仓变形故障,通过现场检测试验统计分析了原煤仓变形的位置和大小、结构变位量、测厚数据以及应力测试数据,并使用ANSYS有限元结构分析软件,对原煤仓进行建模计算及结构强度、刚性、变形等情况的核算。给出致使原煤仓变形的主要因素,制定出有效的解决方案,消除了原煤仓变形的安全隐患。
Aiming at a raw coal bunker deformation fault of boiler, the paper analyzes the location and scale of the fault, structural displacement amount, thickness measurement data and stress measurement data through field inspection and test; moreover, it uses finite element structure analysis software ANSYS for raw coal bunker modeling calculation and structural strength, rigidity and deformation check. The paper also presents main reasons of the deformation and lays out effective solutions to eliminate potential safety hazards of raw coal bunker deformation.
