一类低压配电网过电压原因分析及评判方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

低压配电网的过电压问题种类繁多,影响严重,导致过电压的原因也多种多样,难以辨识。通过理论和实测数据分析了一类由三相不平衡和变压器接地电阻过大导致的低压配电网过电压现象,提出了一种基于三相不平衡状态指标和变压器接地电阻状态指标的判别方法,并引入风险偏好型效用函数进行影响程度评估。该方法能确定某一时间段内导致380 V三相四线制低压配电网过电压问题的因素,并评估出该因素对过电压问题的影响程度。最后,通过对实测数据的分析,验证了该方法的有效性。
There are many types of over-voltage in low-voltage distribution networks with serious impact, and the reasons are too many to identify. In the paper, a type of overvoltage of low-voltage distribution network caused by three-phase imbalance and transformer grounding overresistance is analyzed by theoretical and measured data. An overvoltage judgment based on the three-phase imbalance state index and transformer grounding resistance state index is proposed, and risk preference utility functions are introduced to evaluate degrees of influence. The method can determine factors that lead to the overvoltage of 380 V three-phase fourwire low-voltage distribution networks in a certain period of time, and the influence of the factor on the overvoltage is evaluated. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by measured data analysis.
