基于业务可用性的电力通信网可靠性量化评估方法

摘要(Abstract):

针对电力通信网的业务特点与分布,基于业务重要度与业务路由状态,提出了一种新的网络可靠性量化评估指标,可有效反映当前网络的业务可用性状况,从而反映网络健康状况。基于该指标,进一步对电力通信网的光路与站点进行故障仿真分析,根据指标的变化情况,获得全网光路与站点的重要性评估结果。以该评估方法为基础,开发完成电力通信网可靠性量化评估软件,以浙江省骨干光传输网络为例,读取厂商网管数据,进行全网运行质量量化评估,并完成全网光路与站点的重要性区域化分析,为电力通信网的智能化运维与设备升级改造提供支撑。
According to the service features and distribution of power communication networks,this paper proposes a new network reliability evaluation indicator based on service importance and service routing status.The new indicator can effectively reflect service availability of present communication network so as to reflect health condition of the networks.In accordance to the indicator,fault simulation on optical paths and stations of power communication networks is implemented;in line with the indicator change,importance of optical paths and stations in the whole networks is evaluated.On the basis of the evaluation method,the reliability quantization and evaluation software for power communication networks is developed;besides,regionalization analysis on importance of optical paths and stations in the whole communication networks is accomplished to support intelligent O&M and equipment upgrading of power communication networks.
