摘要(Abstract)：

介绍西门子SPPA T3000控制系统的网络结构及硬件组成,重点分析了该系统在浙江国华宁海B厂2×1 000 MW机组的应用中出现的问题,并提出解决方法和防范措施。
The paper introduces network structure and hardware composition of Siemens SPPA T3000 control system;it mainly analyzes problems in the application of the system in 2×1 000 MW units of Zhejiang Guohua Ninghai B Power Plant and presents the solution and countermeasures.
