北仑发电厂DCS一体化改造技术研究与应用

摘要(Abstract):

结合北仑电厂3,4,5号机组DCS一体化改造项目的背景,以提升机组安全运行水平和降低改造成本为目的,开展DCS一体化改造技术研究。确定控制系统一体化改造的范围,提出费用节省、操作流程优化的改造施工工艺,提高系统可靠性,深度优化DCS系统控制策略,以满足电网要求。总结机组改造的经验和效果,供其它同类机组改造项目借鉴。
Combined with the background of the DCS integrated reconstruction project of units #3,#4 and #5in Beilun Power Plant,this paper conducts DCS integrated reconstruction technology research to improve operation safety level of the units and reduce reconstruction cost.The paper determines the range of the integrated reconstruction and presents construction technology of cost saving and operation procedure optimization to improve system reliability and fundamentally optimize the control strategy of DCS to meet the requirements of power grid.The experience and effect of the reconstruction are summarized to provide reference to the same type of units reconstruction.
