滨海热电厂热控系统干扰问题分析处理与预控

摘要(Abstract):

滨海热电厂1号、2号机组在启动阶段,不同区域的变送器发生瞬间信号干扰;机组检修后,汽机润滑油从循环开始到正常运行中,润滑回油温度发生有规律的波动,影响了机组的安全运行。进行全面的检查、分析和试验后,通过消除多点接地和对输入信号增加电容滤波等方法,解决了这一问题。
During startup of units 1 and unit 2 in Binhai Thermal Power Plant, signals of transmitters from different directions of the turbine became interfered. After overhaul, the lubricating oil of steam turbine began to cycle and run normally. The regular undulation of returning lubricating oil affected the operation safety of units. After comprehensive inspection, analysis and test, the interference is eliminated by multi-point earthing and increase of capacitance filter.
