电杆超高强混凝土配合比设计及强度试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

混凝土电杆广泛应用于中低压电网中,但其存在质量重、易开裂等不足。超高强电杆凭借其强度高、耐久性好、自重轻等优点,适用于大档距线路、腐蚀环境和运输不便利的山区。以C120超高强混凝土试样为研究对象,研发超高强电杆,提高电杆承载力和线路工程抗灾害能力。通过设计8组配合比制备混凝土试样,测定养护7天、 28天的抗压强度值,得到不同强度混凝土的破坏形态,分析研究了原材料对抗压强度的影响情况,最终得到C120超高强电杆混凝土配合比。
Concrete poles are widely used in medium and low voltage power grids, but they are heavy and tend to crack. The ultra-high strength pole, with its high strength, durability, light weight and other advantages, is suitable for long-distance lines, corrosion-resistant environment and mountainous areas. Taking C120 ultra-high strength concrete sample as the research object, ultra-high strength pole was developed to improve the bearing capacity of pole and disaster resistance of line engineering. The concrete samples were prepared by designing eight groups of mixture proportion, and the compressive strength values of 7 days and 28 days were measured. The failure modes of concrete with different strengths were obtained. The influence of raw materials on compressive strength was analyzed. The concrete mixture ratio of C120 ultra-high strength pole is finally obtained.
