摘要(Abstract):
介绍某核电工程汽轮发电机组非核蒸汽冲转的试验过程,重点分析试验中汽轮机缸差、轴系和临界转速等参数,针对汽轮发电机组冲转过程中的轴承烧瓦事故进行了分析,对冲转检查的最低转速提出了相应建议。
This paper introduces an initial startup test of nuclear power generating units with non-nuclear steam in a nuclear power project. The paper mainly analyzes parameters such as cylinder variation, axes and critical rotation speed, and in the meantime proposes suggestions on bearing bush burning and the lowest rotation speed for initial startup test.
