运行工况对电力系统稳定器PSS现场参数整定影响的研究Research on Influence of Working Conditions on On-site Parameter Setting for Power System Stabilizer

摘要(Abstract):
在简单介绍了电力系统稳定器PSS原理及其现场参数整定方法的基础上,提出了影响励磁系统无补偿频率响应特性测量的几个主要因素。通过仿真计算,全面地分析和总结了Eq′/Us和Ut/Us频率响应特性的区别,励磁系统调差设置、发电机有功功率、无功功率、机端电压等发电厂本机组工况和其它机组出力、PSS投退和出线数量等对滞后特性测量结果的影响,提出了PSS现场参数整定时正确考虑工况影响因素的对策。
This paper introduces the principles of power system stabilizer(PSS) and its on-site parameter setting method,presents the main factors that would impact the measurement of frequency response without compensation for excitation system,puts forward the countermeasures of properly considering the influencing factors of working conditions in the on-site parameter setting for PSS after the comprehensive analysis and summarization of the differences between Eq′/ Us and Ut / Us frequency response characteristics and the influence of the working conditions of this unit in the plant including the reactive compensation setting for excitation system,active power,reactive power,terminal voltage and other units′ power output and PSS operation mode,numbers of outgoing lines on the hysteresis characteristics based on the simulation calculation.
