秦山核电310MW发电机增容改造的工程实践

摘要(Abstract):

针对秦山核电有限公司310MW发电机漏水故障,结合发电机的增容改造,提出了发电机定子、转子的改造方案,对改造过程中发现的问题进行了处理,改造后发电机出力可达330MW,消除了漏水、转子护环裂纹等隐患,达到了预期的目标。
In allusion to leakage fault of 310MW generator in Qinshan Nuclear Power Co.Ltd.,combine with capability-increasing transformation for generator, put forward transformation scheme for stator and rotor.Solve the problems found in transformation process,such as leakage,crack of retaining ring,and so on.The generator output after transformation can be 330MW.
