摘要(Abstract)：

随着知识经济的发展和企业灵活应对市场变化的需要,知识已成为企业中的重要资产。以电力研究型企业为例,其知识的复杂性和庞大的数量已无法用人工来管理,因此,建立企业知识管理系统成为支撑工作的必要平台。结合浙江省电力试验研究院协同知识管理系统的建设,介绍了知识管理系统的设计和实现。
With the development of a knowledge-based economy,knowledge has become an important business asset.Because of the complexity and large magnitude,knowledge of electric power research enterprise can not be managed artificially,and engineers are often difficult to find the necessary knowledge to complete the design in time.Therefore,establishment for enterprise knowledge management system becomes a platform to support necessary work.With establishment for enterprise knowledge management system by Zhejiang Electric Power Test & Research Institute,the paper introduces design and implementation of the knowledge management system.
