北仑电厂二期锅炉煤种适应性试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过北仑发电厂二期600 MW机组5号锅炉的煤种掺烧试验,对锅炉的运行特性进行分析,重点对新煤种掺烧后对锅炉制粉系统、锅炉炉膛结焦、主要辅机运行情况等进行了分析,得出了新煤种合理的掺烧比例。
The fuel coal property,equipment configuration and operation conditions of 600 MW coal-fired boiler in beilun power plant phase II were analyzed,and through the adjustment and test of blended coal burning,the adaptable coal type and air distribution mode of burners were determined.It resolved the serious slagging problems around the burner area of boiler and realized the better matching between the boiler and coal property.
