摘要(Abstract)：

宁海发电厂1号机励磁机转子振动曾经严重超标,综合分析振动超标的各种原因,得出垫铁绝缘垫片老化引起的结论。通过更换处理彻底解决了励磁机转子振动异常的问题,可为其它电厂处理类似问题提供借鉴。
Shaft vibration of exciter of Unit 1 in Ninghai Power Plant used to be out of range.It concludes that it is resulted from the aged insulation spacer of shim plate through comprehensive analysis of this problem.As a result,it is solved thoroughly with replacement and can serve as a reference for solutions to similar problems in other power plants.
