摘要(Abstract):
超(超超)临界机组炉内燃烧状态的变化比亚临界机组更加剧烈,使得其炉膛压力对燃烧工况的改变更加敏感,导致在某些特殊工况下炉膛压力波动过大,从而影响机组的安全稳定运行。针对上述情况的发生机理,提出了引风机的超前控制策略,以弥补传统炉膛压力控制策略的不足。以乐清电厂、北仑电厂三期工程基建调试为例,对优化策略实施前后炉膛压力控制品质、适应性和相关数据进行了比较和分析。
Overtake control strategic for induced fan makes up the shortage of traditional furnace press control system effectively.The principle of (ultra) supercritical unit boiler furnace press forward control is described in detail.The comparison and analysis of furnace press control quality around the strategy were performed has been done based on the commissioning of Yueqing Power Plant and Third-phase Engineering Project of Beilun Power Plant.
