摘要(Abstract)：

针对当前电网建设项目多、分布广、管理人员少的现状,利用3G网络建成省内首家互动式基建现场管控中心,实现了实时监控、手机监控、远程数码照片采集、远程安全检查、E信整改、实时技术会诊等一系列功能。管控中心建成后,可定期进行远程安全检查、远程数码照片采集,在促进施工规范化、保障施工安全方面取得了显著效果。
Aiming at the current status of the power grid construction characterized by numerousness,wide distribution and lack of managerial personnel,the first interactive site construction controlling center in our province utilizing 3G network is built to implement real-time monitoring,mobile phone monitoring,remote collection of digital photos,remote security check,E-communication rectification and real-time technical consultation.Once the controlling center is built,it can be used for regular remote security check and remote digital photos collection,which achieves a remarkable effect on standardizing and securing the construction.
