发电厂灰水回用系统海水防垢技术的研究Research on Applying Seawater to Scale Prevention of Ash-water Recycling System in Power Plant

摘要(Abstract):
燃煤电厂灰水回用对环保、节水和提高效益都有着重要意义,但系统结垢问题突出。基于灰水防垢机理,提出采用海水代替淡水冲灰防垢的技术方案。指出利用海水的高离子强度和大pH缓冲能力,代替淡水冲灰防垢是可行的。选用灰水比为1:5、补充水率20%的海水冲灰工艺经济可靠,对海滨电厂有应用价值。
The ash-water recycling system in the power plant is of great importance to water saving and environmental protection and economic benefit.However,the serious problem of scaling occurs in the ash-water recycling system,and the solution to prevent scaling is the key to successful recycling the ash-water.Based on the scaling prevention mechanism of the ash-water system,this paper presents a technical project which adopts the seawater instead of the fresh water to prevent the scaling.Due to its high salinity,low activity coefficient and effective decreasing the pH value.The test results show:the seawater is introduced into the ash-water recycling system,shows the seawater prevents the scaling effectively and economically,when the mixture ratio of ash to water is 1 to 5,the rate of water supply is about 20%,the process is in stale and reliable operation.The technique of adopting the seawater to prevent the scaling finds good reference to the coastal power plants.
