摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了计量装置状态监控系统(MOCMS)的原理和功能,根据实际的误差数据,运用控制图法对运行中的电子式电能表的误差特性进行分析。由于表计良好的误差特性以及MOCMS的应用,使电能表校验周期延长成为了可能。
The paper introduces the principle and function of Metering-device Operation Condition Monitor System(MOCMS), and analyzes the error characteristics of electronic watt-hour meter in operation by using control chart method based on real error dates. After researching: because of the stable error characteristics of watt-hour meter and the application of MOCMS, it is possible to prolong error calibration periodicity.
