摘要(Abstract):
针对配电网生产作业计划的特点及计划制定和管理所面临的问题,探索建立了配网生产作业计划智能优化系统。采用系统建模和优化技术,利用智能寻优算法引擎,综合考虑多个业务规则和多个约束条件,同时在管理上建立规范有序的生产计划编制制度,最终实现多目标优化,有效解决了计划编制和平衡过程中结合和配合两大难题,为计划的刚性执行提供了保障。
For the characteristics and problems of the production planning and management,a production planning intelligent optimization system was established,considering multiple business rules and various constraints.Meanwhile,the standardized and orderly rules and regulations in the production planning management were set up.With the intelligent optimization system,the multi-objective optimization was realized and the plan combination and coordination problems in the production planning and balancing were effectively solved,which provided an ultimate guarantee for the rigid plan execution.
