摘要(Abstract):
分析了微油点火技术的原理和煤粉引燃燃烧的特点。针对微油点火应用中存在的问题,从启炉过程的煤粉燃烬率、炉膛传热、煤油混烧等方面进行研究分析,阐述其与传统大油枪点火启炉方式的区别,并给出了相应的运行建议。
Through the analysis of the principles of tiny-oil ignition technology and the characteristics of pulverized coal combustion,the differences from starting with traditional fuel oil gun are studied in terms of pulverized coal burn-out rate,heat transfer in furnace and mixed combustion of coal and oil to deal with the problems in the technology application.And the proposals on the operation are provided.
