摘要(Abstract):

通过现场观察和测量,发现某1 000 MW超超临界机组定子冷却水管道存在明显振动现象。分析了管道振动的原因,结合模态分析,提出了相应的减振措施,大大提高了管道一阶固有频率,有效地消除定子冷却水管道振动,确保了机组安全运行。
Obvious vibration of stator cooling water pipe was found in a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit in a power plant in Zhejiang by field inspection and measurement.The cause and modal analysis is carried out.The vibration reduction measures are proposed.It greatly increases the first-order natural frequency of the pipe and eliminates the vibration effectively to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
