基于变频技术诊断变压器绝缘老化的研究与应用

摘要(Abstract):

分析了影响油纸绝缘变压器绝缘老化的主要因素,阐述了介质的频域分析方法的原理,通过对1台500kV、7台220kV变压器的变频参数测试,以及实验室绝缘纸板聚合度的测试结果,验证了变频技术现场测试的可行性。总结出运行变压器绝缘老化状态与运行时间、最高负荷间的关系。
The main factors influencing insulation ageing for power transformer are introduced.The principium of Frequency Domain Spectroscopy is expatiated.The feasibility of test based on Frequency Domain Spectroscopy is proved by tests for 8 transformers of abnormal moisture and dates of degree of polymerization.The relation of insulation ageing with ageing time and biggest load is found,it will be helpful for engineering work.
