智能变电站复合材料电缆支架的技术经济性研究

摘要(Abstract):

电缆支架按原材料不同分为角钢、型钢等金属支架和以非金属基纤维复合材料为主的复合材料支架。分别介绍传统金属电缆支架和常见的复合材料电缆支架的特点,对复合材料电缆支架进行技术经济比较及试验分析,结果表明复合材料电缆支架性价比更优,特别适合在腐蚀性环境中应用。
The cable supports can be divided into angle steel supports and section steel supports in terms of different raw materials as well as composite cable supports which adopts non-metallic matrix composites.The paper introduces characteristics of traditional metal cable supports and the common composite cable supports.The comparison of technical and economical efficiency of composite cable support and the analysis on the test show that the composite cable supports are of superior cost performance and especially suitable to be used in corrosive environment.
