永磁调速技术在发电厂辅机节能改造中的应用分析

摘要(Abstract):

永磁驱动技术因其高效节能、无刚性连接传递扭矩、维护简单以及无高次谐波污染等特点,越来越受到国内用户的关注。以某发电厂一次风机永磁调速改造工程为例,分析了永磁调速的技术特点、节能效果;提出了在对永磁调速节能改造工程实施过程中应该注意的问题。
The permanent magnet motor-driven technology,which is characteristic of highly efficient energy saving,torque transmitting without rigid coupling,simple maintenance and anti-ultraharmonic pollution,attracts more and more attention in China.Illustrated with the project of permanent magnet speed control retrofit for the primary fan in a power plant,this paper analyzes the technical characteristics and energy saving effect and points out the considerations in the implementation process of project.
