油浸式电流互感器一次绕组故障实例分析

摘要(Abstract):

结合110kV独立电流互感器内部绝缘故障实例,对设备故障过程、试验数据及返厂检查情况全过程进行分析,认为常规绝缘试验不能有效检测出电流互感器的隐蔽性缺陷,需要采用局部放电试验、高压介损测试和油色谱分析等进行辅助综合判断。
In this paper,an example of an insulation failure inside the 110 kV current transformer was analyzed,including the analysis of the failure procedure,test data and checking results when returning to the manufacturer.All these show that routine insulation tests can't efficiently detect concealed defects inside the current transformer.Partial discharge tests,high voltage dielectric loss tests and oil chromatographic analysis should be done to determine its failures.
