摘要(Abstract):
在DCS组态软件中,结合DEH和DCS间的通讯数据,利用逻辑修正的方式,设计通道误差自动修正回路,并适当调整参数,把通道误差实时送至信号的源头进行补偿。实验表明,此种方法达到了静态误差完全消除、动态误差明显减小的效果。
This paper proposes that automatic correction loop for channel errors is designed by means of logic correction in the DCS configuration software based on the communication data between DEH and DCS,and the parameters are adjusted properly in order to achieve real time transmission of the channel error to the signal source for compensation.Experiments show that this method realizes the desirable effect that the static error is completely eliminated and dynamic error significantly reduced.
