摘要(Abstract)：

介绍兰溪发电厂超临界直流锅炉启动系统的构成,对配置强制循环启动系统在因故障而不能投运锅炉循环泵时的启动方法进行深入分析,提出了通过疏水扩容器实现工质回收、减小给水量、分间隔投运油枪等措施。实践验证这些措施是可行的,可为同类型锅炉在不投运锅炉循环泵时的启动运行及调试提供参考。
This paper introduces the composition of supercritical DC boiler startup system in Lanxi Power Plant,analyzes in depth the start method of boiler with forced circulation startup system which is incapable of enabling circulating pump because of fault,proposes the measures such as working medium recycle with drain flash tank,feed water reduction,oil gun operation by intervals etc.,verifies the feasibility of these measures in practice and offers a reference for the startup,operation and commissioning of the same type of boilers without enabling circulating pump.
