架空导线耐张压接管压接尺寸与机械荷载的验证Analysis of Verification for Splicing Size and Mechanical Load of Overhead Conductor Strain Clamp

摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了新建输电线路竣工验收中对重要隐蔽工程导、地线连接(耐张线夹即压接管)压接的尺寸检测项目,对压接尺寸不合格的试件进行试验验证,试验表明这些试件将导致线路导线的综合破断力大大下降,因此要提高输电线路耐张压接管的压接质量,防止导线掉线事故的发生。
This paper describes the splicing size inspection for conductor and ground wire(strain clamp is splicing sleeve) in important hidden works and test verification of the off-size specimen during the completion and acceptance of new transmission lines.The result shows that these specimen will cause comprehersive breaking force of conductor to be weakened greatly.Therefore,it needs to improve the splicing quality of transmission line splicing sleave and prevent wire drop accidents.
