35kV母线压变零序TV的应用Application of Zero Sequence TV of 35 kV Bus Voltage Transformer

摘要(Abstract)：
简述了引起35kV系统铁磁谐振过电压的原因及其危害,总结多年来防止35kV系统铁磁谐振过电压的各种措施,提出采取35kV零序TV防止35kV系统铁磁谐振过电压的最佳措施。同时对35kV母线压变加装零序TV前后和可能出现的各种异常运行状况作了对比分析,并且提出了加装35kV零序TV的具体实施方案。
Through the analysis on the cause and the damage of arousing 35 kV system ferromagnetic resonance over-voltage,has Sumed up various measure about guarding against 35 kV system ferromagnetic resonance over-voltage from many years,has suggested that the zero sequence TV is the best measure to guard against the 35 kV system ferromagnetic resonance over-voltage.The text also analyses the difference when the 35 kV bus voltage transformer adds the zero sequence TV and no,and comparative analyses the possible various abnormal operational states,also,puts forward a detailed implementary method on how to add 35 kV zero sequence TV.
